Privacy, terms, and disclaimer
This is a personal portfolio site. It doesn't sell anything, doesn't run ads, and collects about as little as a website can while still functioning. What follows explains exactly what happens when you visit, and the terms that apply to the content here.

Privacy
What this site collects
I don't ask you to create an account, and there's no checkout or newsletter signup here. In normal use, you can read every page without giving me anything.
Information you choose to give
If you email me or connect on LinkedIn, I'll have whatever you send — your name, your email address, and the content of your message. I keep that correspondence as long as it's relevant to the conversation, and I don't add it to any mailing list.
Information collected automatically
This site is hosted on Systeme.io, which records standard technical information when a page loads:
- IP address and approximate location
- Browser type, device type, and operating system
- Pages visited, time on page, and the page that referred you
I use this only in aggregate — to see which pages people actually read. It isn't used to identify individual visitors, and it isn't sold or shared with advertisers.
Third parties involved
Two external services are involved in delivering this site:
- Systeme.io hosts the site and processes the technical data described above.
- Google Fonts serves the typefaces used here. When a page loads, your browser requests those fonts from Google, which means Google receives your IP address as part of that request.
Each operates under its own privacy policy, which governs how it handles that data.
Cookies
Cookies and similar technology
Systeme.io sets cookies necessary for the site to function and to compile the aggregate analytics described above. There are no advertising cookies, no retargeting pixels, and no cross-site tracking on this domain.
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Doing so won't prevent you from reading anything here.
Your rights
Access, correction, and deletion
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal information I hold about you, request a copy, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. This includes visitors covered by the EU and UK GDPR, and residents of US states with comparable privacy laws.
Given how little this site collects, in most cases the answer will be that I hold nothing beyond aggregate analytics that can't be traced back to you. If you've emailed me, I'll have that correspondence and can delete it on request.

Accuracy of the case studies
The work described here reflects projects I contributed to, described as accurately as I can from my own perspective. Where I worked as part of a team or through cross-functional influence rather than direct authority, I've tried to say so. Figures are drawn from my own records and are given in good faith, but they aren't audited, and they don't represent the official position of any current or former employer. Company names appear as a factual record of where the work happened, not as an endorsement of me by those companies.

This site describes past work and general approaches. It isn't financial, legal, tax, or business advice, and reading it doesn't create a professional relationship between us. Money Basics Co. is a trade name of Moura Education LLC. It operates at its own address, sells its own products, and has its own privacy policy and terms, which govern anything you buy or sign up for there.
